A hair salon with a difference!! From the moment you enter to the moment you leave you feel pampered. The decor is luxurious without being over the top and you get free mini massages throughout your haircut (head, shoulder, and hand). Most importantly the friendly and no-nonsense staff know exactly what they are doing and really listen to what it is you want. Of course they have plenty of their own creative ideas too if you need some advice or inspiration! Would recommend to anyone but especially people who don't usually enjoy going to the hairdressers!

I can honestly say that this was the best 'first' haircut with a new stylist I have EVER had! It is exceptional, it looks like it has been cut by someone who cares, it has body, its has a style, it is neat, it is even - what else can I saw. Emelya is a truly talented professional. Book me my next visit - I have found my regular salon now, at long last!!! Hurray!!

I'm not ashamed to say that I stalked Ella down after she left a previous salon to set up her own gorgeous place - I don't trust anyone else with my hair now, if you have unruly, curly hair like mine you'll know what it means to find someone who can not only tame it but make it look great! The salon is classy and luxurious (especially the spa part downstairs) but not all intimidating and always very welcoming. The head, shoulder and hand massages make it a real pampering experience too. Ella, Henry and the team are genuinely passionate about what they do and really take time to work out what you want. Even when it's busy it always feels calm. You might find cheaper but you won't find better - and your hair is the one thing you wear 24/7 so it's worth paying a bit more...

I have been looking for a new hairdressers for about 18 months since mine went back to he hometown 200+ miles away. I've been in top end salons across Bristol looking for someone who could tame my exceptionally thick hair and give me a really good, precision cut and cut my hair evenly. Each time I've left feeling pretty deflated and it seems that this is beyond the stylists I've been too.

Ella and the team at Atelier provide the most relaxing and wonderful experience when you go there to have your haircut. Not only are they incredibly professional and brilliant and what they do - Ella's skill is really listening to what you want, interpreting exactly the look you are hoping for and making it happen - but the atmosphere is so relaxing and nurturing you'll want to spend the day there sipping coffee, chatting with the team and hanging out. It's the extras that make it so much more than just a hair salon - back and neck massage at the start, lovely coffees, hand massages while your colour sets and a really relaxed atmosphere. I also totally trust their judgement on what will suit me and that's what also makes it such a lovely place. I highly recommend it and wouldn't go anywhere else.
