If I could leave zero stars I would! The manager from the Hengrove branch is extremely rude and obnoxious. Added extra costs to my insurance quoting 3200 making my car a cat c right off although my car is mechanically sound. I got a quote from another garage and they quoted 1700 maximum. When I went to collect my car to take it to the other garage I was told he hasn't got time to put my lights and bumper back on and that I would have to wait till Monday even then it might not be ready! I spoke to my insurance and they got the garage to put it back together. I collected my car today and couldn't believe my eyes. The extra damage they caused to my property is disgusting! When I arrived my bumper and lights were put back on however my fog light was missing!! When I questioned a member of staff he didn't know where my fog light was and said he will get the manager to ring me on Monday. When I got in my car to drive off my car was sluggish and making a noise which it wasnt before it got taken to this poor excuse of a garage! I am completely disgusted at the service I have received.
