Next I called Victorian Plumbing to log the same complaint i.e misleading information on the website, and was told that this wording would have been provided in the t&c from DX and they wouldn't be able to change it. Essentially passing the blame back. I was also told on the call that my complaint probably wasn't enough to change the terms and conditions on the website - nice!

Very very poor service.. They leave a card with a number to call. Then don't answer the phone !! Then when you arrive at Bristol depot take an age to serve you... Try to avoid using at all costs a very poorly run company.

Seeing I wouldn't be able to tie the time down further I cleared my work-diary and waited for the text on the 10th, in advance of todays delivery.

I received a text from DX to select my delivery date, but not the time. I called DX and was told that the wording (on the Victorian Plumbing website) was misleading and only the date could be selected, with the time confirmed the day before within a 3 hour window (not of my choice). I requested that a note be put on my file to request the earliest time possible in the day.

shocking service - sent half my order to the wrong part of the country. Then instead of trying to rectify that with speedy service and an apology, it took 2 MORE days, then they put my items as the LAST DELIVERY. Smashed an item in transit, so NOW I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH COMPANY.

I have tracked the truck using a text received from DX; at 5pm, I was delivery number 21, and at that point they were only on delivery 5.

I can't give this company zero starts - but that's what they truly deserve. Today was my latest poor experience with DX and no show of their driver, allegedly couldn't find the address even though the postcode lands you outside our front door, and there's a big doorbell and letterbox to leave a calling card, even though I was in my office, which has direct view of the front path which three other couriers managed to navigate today. So to get my urgent documents from DX I've just spent 29 mins (costing me over £2.00) calling them and am now told to make a 15 mile round trip (at my time and expense) to collect from their depot. DX provides a dreadful service . Use almost any other courier - but not this one!!

I purchased an item from Victorian Plumbing (a sink) and upgraded to a premium service costing £45 with two-man delivery to the room of my choice and what I thought was the option to choose both the delivery date & time.

At 6pm I called the DX office and was told that the delivery was scheduled for between 5.03pm-7pm. The opposite end of the day requested, but there we go, at least I had cleared my day.

I have since tracked the delivery and funnily enough at delivery 9 the truck stopped moving on the map and returned to the depot, where it hasn't moved since.
