Outstanding service and ahead of the game! I was recommended to Blue Sky by a friend after I had a negative experience with a national letting company on my first property rental. I have been absolutely delighted with their service, responsiveness and attentiveness, so much that when I acquired a 2nd property to let, I did not hesitate to continue using their services. I live overseas, so as a landlord with considerable investment tied up in 2 rental properties it is important to have good and clear communication. They do this and more, any issues with my properties they hire reputable companies for repairs and all costs are communicated in advance. Every month payments for rent are on time and when tenants vacate they are fast to fill the property with good tenants. They constantly go above and beyond and their service is outstanding.
